1. Who processes your data

The data controller is [full company name, to be completed], registered at [address], VAT ID [VAT ID], company register no. [company register no.].

For anything concerning personal data, write to contact@wide-networking.agency. We have not appointed a data protection officer. Messages are answered by the person who runs the projects.

Only what you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the location and planned opening date of the venue, the project type, the number of venues, the scope of work, a rough budget and your message.

Separately, our hosting provider records your IP address and basic browser information in technical logs. That serves security and fault detection only.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: 12 months from the last contact.
  • Client data: for the duration of the partnership and 6 years afterwards, in line with tax law and limitation periods for claims.
  • Technical logs: up to 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

  • Google: our e-mail provider, running the mailbox that enquiries arrive in.

We do not sell your data, we do not pass it on and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing where that processing rests on our legitimate interest, and to receive it in a portable form.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@wide-networking.agency. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no cookies at all, neither our own nor anyone else's.

We store exactly one thing in your browser: the language you chose, under the key 'wf-locale' in local storage. It stops the language dialog reappearing on every visit. That entry holds no personal data, is never sent to our server, and you can delete it in your browser settings at any time. It is strictly necessary for a feature you asked for yourself, so it requires no consent.

Beyond that we store nothing. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins. Typefaces are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends no request to an outside provider. We do not profile visitors and we make no automated decisions.

That is why you won't find a cookie consent banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.

8. Changes

If we add a tool that changes any of the above, such as analytics or an embedded map, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
